UPDATED ST. PATRICKS DAY BREAK -
St. Patrick’s Green Party Weekend: We will be having a green day to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day on Friday 13th March and the children are invited to dress in green outfits.  The Nursery will be closed on Monday 16th, Tuesday 17th March & NOW ALSO WEDNESDAY 18th MARCH TO ALLOW US TO USE ONE OF THE TWO EXTRA SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT DAYS ISSUED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION.

Signs of Autumn

The children have been developing awareness that autumn is on the way.  We have been using corks to create beautiful autumn trees with leaves that are green, brown, yellow or red.  When you are out for a walk can you find different coloured leaves, check if they are big & small leaves & check if they have a crunch when you step on them.  

When we were in the garden together we looked around for different signs and carefully placed them on the hedgehogs we have names Spikey & Harry.
