UPDATED ST. PATRICKS DAY BREAK -
St. Patrick’s Green Party Weekend: We will be having a green day to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day on Friday 13th March and the children are invited to dress in green outfits.  The Nursery will be closed on Monday 16th, Tuesday 17th March & NOW ALSO WEDNESDAY 18th MARCH TO ALLOW US TO USE ONE OF THE TWO EXTRA SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT DAYS ISSUED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION.

Pizza Faces - Miss Donoghue SUCCESS IT TASTED GOOD & WE GOT THE THUMBS UP!

Today we worked together to create a pizza face, we used our eyes to see what ingredients we had, discussed our likes and dislikes of the food and then carefully added the tomato sauce, sprinkled on the cheese, decided we had two eyes and the salami would be a good shape to use.  The sweet corn was placed inside the pineapple mouth to create teeth.  We will use our taste buds tomorrow when we try the pizza for snack and maybe check out your sense of smell when you arrive in the morning when you will smell the pizza baking in the oven!
