UPDATED ST. PATRICKS DAY BREAK -
St. Patrick’s Green Party Weekend: We will be having a green day to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day on Friday 13th March and the children are invited to dress in green outfits.  The Nursery will be closed on Monday 16th, Tuesday 17th March & NOW ALSO WEDNESDAY 18th MARCH TO ALLOW US TO USE ONE OF THE TWO EXTRA SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT DAYS ISSUED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION.

Pancake Tuesday

We had a busy day making pancakes with our friends and trying different recipes.  The teachers carefully flipped the pancakes and caught them .......... most of the time!!  We tried the traditional lemon and sugar or chocolate fillings.  Then we practiced our own flipping skills in the classroom at the playdough table. 

Now we can help our teachers to not eat the biscuits and puddings as they prepare for Easter by giving up treats for Lent.  As we are little we can help around the home over the next forty days to tidy our rooms or bring in 1p's & 2p's for the Trocaire box.
