Notification of the outcome of your application for September 2026:

Outcome of Application

If you applied online an email will be sent on the corresponding date listed above, advising you of the outcome of your child’s application. If we do not hold an email address for you a letter will be sent to your home address.

For children yet to secure a place at the corresponding date listed above, you will receive an email or letter from the Education Authority.

You may also view the outcome on the EA Connect portal from the corresponding dates listed above.  Your login details will be the email address and password you had registered with to apply online. If you have forgotten your password, click ‘Forgotten Password’ option on the Portal.

Next Steps for Primary and Pre-School

From Monday 23 March 2026:

• Accept place offered: Log in to your?EA Connect?account to accept your?child’s place.
• Add additional preferences:?Where?your child has yet to secure a place,?check the lists of places available and submit additional preferences using?EA Connect.
• Submit an appeal: Where your child has not been selected for admission to a school, you?will be advised of your?right to appeal the decision of the Board of Governors. See our information on the?appeals process and application dates.
• Reject a place:?In the unlikely event that you?decide?to reject a place offered, you?can also indicate this on?EA Connect.?You should read, carefully, the terms and conditions of rejecting a place and understand the risk that your child may not be allocated an alternative place.
