Fun Activities for Thursday & Friday

We are getting to the end of a busy week so let’s enjoy some fun activities which will help develop the children’s fine motor skills - scissor and pencil skills. 
 
Let’s start the day with some dancing as we have added more of your favourite songs to Let’s Move. 

Can you go on a bug hunt around the garden? Can you find a spiders web? Gently touch it with your finger and you can see how sticky it is - that’s how they catch the flies. Look under a flower pot or some stones who is hiding  under there? Can you count how many bugs are under there - be quick they can move so fast! Draw some of the bugs you find and don’t forgot to count their legs.

When working with your Lego or duplo could you make the maze below? Start slowly to move around the bricks and then see if you can go a little bit faster.

It’s due to rain tomorrow so gather up some cardboard boxes and pick one of the fun ways to use them.
