UPDATED ST. PATRICKS DAY BREAK -
St. Patrick’s Green Party Weekend: We will be having a green day to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day on Friday 13th March and the children are invited to dress in green outfits.  The Nursery will be closed on Monday 16th, Tuesday 17th March & NOW ALSO WEDNESDAY 18th MARCH TO ALLOW US TO USE ONE OF THE TWO EXTRA SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT DAYS ISSUED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION.

Eric Carle 🐛🦋

One of our favourite authors was Eric Carle and I am sure everyone has had  one of his books in their home. Our favourite is The Very Hungry Caterpillar a story that the children love to read and retell with their friends. Especially now as we have our own caterpillars in the nursery school - we have been watching them grow and using this story to develop their understanding of the life cycle of a caterpillar.
